Jan 15th 2011: Huge congrats to Ryan Allen on a super fast TKO victory in his first mma fight! pics are up in the media section.

Dec 28th:
Gongrats to all the new belt promotions that were give handed out in Vernon at the Dec 11th get together!Margot and Ryan were promoted to Brown Belt, Dave and Sarah "Charlie" were promoted to Purple Belt and Hayden, Garrett, Cody, Riley, Brennan and Andrea were all promoted to Blue!

Aug 10th: Congrats to Dave and Shawna who officially purchased a house in Salmon Arm, Oct 1st is the move in date!

Aug 3rd:
Congrats to Steve, Gord, Darrell and Adam on receiving their Blue Belts!

June 8th:
Congrats to the GB crew who competed at the Worlds last week in LA! Pictures are up in the Gallery.
